US Shipping
We offer free USPS First-Class Package shipping to continental United States for orders over $150, and $8 otherwise. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days after payment processing (shipments may be delayed due to COVID).
Express shipping will be via UPS and the rate will be calculated at checkout depending on the package weight and destination.
International Shipping
International shipping will be via UPS and the rate will be calculated at checkout depending on package weight and destination.
*IMPORTANT: Please note that Sonderlier cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any custom taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges, if applicable, must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international and Canadian orders.
Returns
US Orders
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@sonderlier.com within 14 days of your item(s) being delivered to request an exchange or return.
To be eligible for return, the garment must be unworn and unwashed in new condition, have the original tag attached, and not a final sale item.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
International Orders
Unfortunately because of shipping costs, international orders outside of Canada & the USA are final sale.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to ship the item back to us. You can choose to receive refunds to the original form of payment or as Sonderlier store credit.
If you choose to receive refunds to your original form of payment, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If you choose to receive refunds as Sonderlier store credit, return shipping is free and you will receive the full refund amount as a store credit for future purchases.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the item.
